Other features that make it from the rest of the competition include a 25,000-character context window, a live search engine based on X, fast response speed and compatibility with Tesla vehicles. When it comes to benchmarks, Grok is more capable than OpenAI’s GPT-3.5 but seems to be less capable than the company’s GPT-4, which powers Microsoft Copilot.

According to a post on X by a user who goes by the name Nima Owji, Grok will be available as an in-app feature to Premium Plus subscribers, with those on cheaper plans. The introduction of Grok might also help X increase its premium subscriber count, which is something the company has been struggling with for some time.

Currently, X Premium subscription is divided into three tiers with the Basic subscription offering features like the ability to edit posts without removing ads, X Premium with half the ads and the recently introduced X Premium Plus, which costs Rs 1,300 per month, removes all ads and includes a Creator Hub.
